Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GateBuddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
Eligibility & Accounts
GateBuddy is available to verified residents of participating gated communities and approved vendors. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and the security of your login credentials.
Orders & Payments
Prices and availability are set by individual vendors and may change. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until accepted by the vendor.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on vendor and community conditions. GateBuddy facilitates hyperlocal delivery within your community but is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety and accurate description of their products and services. GateBuddy reserves the right to suspend vendors who violate community standards or these terms.
Limitation of Liability
GateBuddy acts as a marketplace connecting residents and vendors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
